Can you really print anything I can imagine?
Start by uploading an image, sketch, STL, or idea. Yohann reviews feasibility, size, material, strength, finish, and print time before quoting.
What kinds of products can I request?
Tool boxes, Gridfinity arrangements, clocks, lightboxes, keychains, replacement parts, gifts, organizers, signs, prototypes, and other custom prints.
How do custom orders work?
Submit a quote request first. Yohann reviews the specs, confirms feasibility and pricing, then sends an invoice/payment link if approved.
Can I upload a file?
The site now includes upload fields. Direct upload storage/submission still needs a form backend such as Netlify Forms, Formspree, Airtable/Supabase, or custom API.
What materials are available?
Placeholder: PLA and PETG may be offered, but final material options need approval.
How long do orders take?
Turnaround time is TBD and depends on product, quantity, printer queue, and custom design complexity.
Do you collect card information?
No. Payments must use hosted checkout, invoices, or payment links from an approved processor.
Do you ship or offer pickup?
Shipping and pickup rules are TBD and listed in DECISIONS_NEEDED.md.
